Returns and Refunds
Our policy is to take anything back where a customer is unhappy with the goods – within 7 days of delivery (or attempted delivery) and a full refund of the purchase price will be made within 30 days of the return subject to the following conditions being met:
The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the Customer. In all cases for your protection the goods must be adequately packed in the original packaging to prevent damage.
Where the Customer has arranged transit the goods must be fully insured. The goods must be received by Display Your Rosettes in perfect condition, unused and re-marketable
We do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors when submitting the texts to be printed
We will always provide a ‘best fit’ approach to personalisation, i.e. we will use the largest possible font to fit the space available. No refunds will be given in the event that a customer is disappointed by the font size or representation of their message, unless we have failed to comply with specific instructions supplied by the customer at the time of order.
In the event of a product arriving with you that is incorrect, we will provide an alternative product. We will however, ask you to return the original item to us in the original tube packaging, for which we will cover the cost of postage.
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition we will replace the products free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of actual or attempted delivery.
All images featured on our website are as representative of our product range as possible. Please be aware that due to the varied settings of individual computers and monitors, colours etc may vary slightly from actual products offered.
